Buying from this website creates a legal relationship, and this page says which law runs it. These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreement under which we provide products or services, are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia. Its conflict of law provisions do not come into it.
Using the website and our services means the customer accepts what follows.
Which courts have jurisdiction?
The Malaysian courts, exclusively. That exclusive jurisdiction takes in three things.
Any dispute, controversy or claim that arises out of using this website, or relates to that use.
Any transaction made on the website.
Any breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms.
Can the venue be challenged?
No. The customer waives any objection to the venue of legal proceedings, whether the ground is an inconvenient forum or anything similar to it.
What about visitors from outside Malaysia?
We make no claim that the material, products or services here suit or are available for use in other locations. A visitor who reaches this site from outside Malaysia is responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
