What is the cancellation window?
It is a short one. Two rules cover it.
Within 24 hours of purchase, an order can be cancelled and the full amount refunded.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible. The order may already have been processed or shipped by then.
How does the customer cancel?

We check the order status and confirm whether it is eligible for cancellation.
When does the money come back?
Once the cancellation is approved. It returns the way it came.
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
Allow 7–14 business days for the processing, and for the money to appear in the account.
