An order is about to be placed, so here is what happens to it next. This page sets out how SUPREME AUTO TINT SDN BHD 202601030719 (1692814-U) gets a parcel to the customer, and how long each stage takes.
Where do we deliver?
Across the country. There are two delivery regions.
Peninsular Malaysia is covered, all states of it.
East Malaysia means Sabah & Sarawak, and both are covered.
How soon does an order leave us?
Every order is packed here first. Two steps run before it travels.
We process the order within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in that span.
We email a confirmation as soon as the parcel is dispatched. That message carries the tracking information for the order.
How long does the courier take?
That depends on the destination. We do not offer overnight or next-day delivery. The table gives our standard windows.
Those windows are estimates. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can each move them.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing, in the normal case. Our customers get free shipping. Standard delivery fees are waived as part of the value we pass on.
One qualification applies. A fee for a bulk or specialised promotional order may be calculated at checkout from total weight and destination, where that is relevant.
How does the customer follow a parcel?
With a tracking link. It arrives once the courier has the goods.
We hand the order to one of our courier partners.
We send an email or SMS holding a tracking number and a direct link.
The customer opens that link and watches the package move in real time.
